Oral presentation: KURARA Small Hall
Oral sessions are held in on-site and on-line hybrid.
Please prepare presentation slides by Microsoft Power Point.
Presentation time is 40 min or 30 min for a Keynote lecture.
Presentation time is 20 min (15 min talk and 5 min discussion) for a oral presentaion.
On-site presenters can use lap top PC prepared by secretariat or presenters’ own lap top PC.
Computers can connect to projector with HDMI cable.
If presenters use their own PC, please bring any necessary electrical adapters or connectors for the laptop PC.
It is recommended to prepare a backup copy in the USB memory clip for the slides.
ZOOM is used for on-line presentation. Access information is anouced by email.
Poster presentation: KURARA 2F Foyer
Poster session is on-site only.
Posters should be put on the poster boards between 9:30 am and 10:30 am on July 4 (second day of the symposium).
One poster board (vertically long) is allocated to each presentation.
The recommended poster size is B1 (W73cm x L103cm) or smaller, though A0 size may be acceptable.
Posters should be mounted using supplies provided by the organizer. Pushpins cannot be used.
Posters should be removed between 12:20 pm and 12:40 pm. Posters left after that time will be disposed of by the organizer.
